RETURN PROCESS:
• Products which are opened, used, damaged etc will not be accepted for return.
• Return should be processed with the original packaging.
• The return will not be accepted and payment will not be paid in case the product and its packaging are disentangled, damaged, broken, demolished, have tear or used, and in case the product is not returned as same as its original situation.
• The customer should apply to the authorized services of the manufacturing company for the damages and malfunctions emerge after delivery.
• The returned product is sent to authorized service by Ozdiler Health Care for inspection. Return will not be accepted if the authorized service may issue a technical service report showing that the damage or malfunction arise from the user.
• Shipping cost belongs to the customer for the returns made within 7 days.
Problems arise from the delivery:
Damaged packaging;
• Damaged packages should not be accepted but returned with a written report issued by the delivery person.
• If the delivery person does not consider the package as damaged, you have the right to request the delivery to be opened and checked against damages, and the report showing undamaged delivery is made is to be issued.
• After you receive/accept your delivery, it will be considered that the delivery person completed his job properly.
In case the delivery is not accepted and the written report is issued, you need to notify Ozdiler Health Care immediately together with the copy of the report you • have. Ozdiler Health Care will process a new good delivery to you in a shortest time.
